I took up photography seriously only in 2014 after many years of family photos, though I did have some small success both artistically and commercially before that.

Over the last ten years, while at the University of Westminster, I have been able to travel and spent three years teaching at the Communications University of China in Nanjing till summer 2024. Now retired, I am taking an MA in Photojournalism at the University of the Arts in London.
